Job Summary

Lead and develop a structural engineering group while also working in customer engagements. Ensure competence supply, maintain customer relationships, and support sales and tender activities. You will have personnel responsibility for group members and collaborate with the department head and other group leaders to build an open, idea-driven working climate. You may also act as project responsible, technical responsible, or senior consultant on current projects across an expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Divide your time between leading employees, developing the business, and working on customer assignments.
•Secure competence supply for the group and maintain customer relationships.

•Act in project roles such as project responsible, technical responsible, or senior consultant as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum a higher education engineering degree (civil/structural/building technology or equivalent).
•If you do not have the specified degree, relevant work experience is considered for a good match.
•Multi-year experience as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or in another role within building/structural engineering.
•Strong Swedish skills, as most deliverables and communication are in Swedish.
•Good English skills, as the company is global and work in English occurs.
