Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the cost control and cost management for the entire duration of the project.
  • •Ensure that the client’s objectives for cost management are met.
  • •Contribute to feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports.
  • •Prepare cost estimates and cost plans as well as the cost schedule.
  • •Support tendering processes, including shortlisting and evaluating bids.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or related field
  • •At least 7 years of experience in project management/control of complex construction projects, with a minimum 3 years in cost management
  • •Proficient user of MS Project
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • •Ability to think analytically and fast, with entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and dynamism
