Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design end-to-end for major surfaces of the Resolve AI product, from early problem framing through shipped pixels.
  • •Define new interaction patterns for AI in production where there is no existing playbook.
  • •Prototype to turn fuzzy problems into tangible solutions and pressure-test ideas with the team and users.
  • •Raise the bar on craft across the design team and contribute to evolving the design system.
  • •Use AI as a thinking and making partner throughout the workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing complex software products.
  • •Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, complex flows, hierarchy, typography, and color.
  • •Ability to thrive in a 0-to-1 environment where patterns don’t exist yet and your work defines the category.
  • •Curiosity about users and a bias toward action, using prototyping to learn and pressure-test ideas.
  • •Experience with design systems (contributing to and evolving them) and comfort moving between fast rough ideas and deep single-flow work.
