Job Summary

Own second-line support and functional delivery for Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS 12.2 HCM modules, resolving incidents within SLA and improving customer satisfaction. Lead small works deliverables and take ownership of SR management across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Talent, and Learning. Contribute to HCM solution design, functional specifications, testing cycles, and Oracle EBS implementation projects, including multi-org, multi-currency environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide second-line support and resolve incidents across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS 12.2 HCM modules within SLA, including SR management.
•Deliver application changes and new HCM functionality to meet business requirements, including impact assessment and estimates for change requests.
•Contribute to HCM functional design specifications, solution design, and functional specification documentation.
•Participate in Oracle EBS implementation projects (multi-org, multi-currency) and support onboarding new entities to Oracle Fusion.
•Contribute to testing cycles and take ownership of small works deliverables, while aligning with audit, security, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ proven experience working on Oracle HCM, including Absence and Oracle Payroll, Advanced Benefits, and Time and Labor, ideally in a Support/Delivery team using Oracle EBS.
•2+ years’ proven experience working on Oracle HCM modules in Oracle Fusion, ideally in a Support/Delivery team.
•Experience contributing to the design and implementation of Oracle EBS implementation projects in multi-org, multi-currency instances, including HCM configuration changes and functional design/testing.
•Strong UK payroll legislative knowledge including RTI, Shared Parental Leave, and Pension Auto Enrolment.
•Strong IE payroll legislative knowledge including BIK, Social Benefit, SEPA, and EHECS.
