Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses as needed
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy/light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load out functions
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and inspections with proper recordkeeping
  • •Maintain a clean, safe work area, perform grounds and warehouse maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns
