Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • •Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights, and ensure timely candidate communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • •Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and availability for a full-time internship for at least 3–6 months.
