Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical vision, strategy, planning, and coordination for engineering projects while proactively managing technical risks.
  • •Manage team performance by ensuring processes are followed, estimates are reliable, communication is proactive, and code is well-architected.
  • •Mentor and guide engineers through system design and coding expertise, and lead engineering practices from the front.
  • •Collaborate to identify and address process inefficiencies and architectural/design decisions to improve the whole system.
  • •Actively contribute code (fix bugs, resolve issues), understand the architecture for a major business area, and articulate scaling and reliability limits.
