Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor folder/gluer machines and production presses to meet customer specifications.
  • •Adjust machine settings by monitoring speed and glue levels; ensure print consistency, color shades, die cuts, and registration.
  • •Load paper in the press, pack product into boxes per production information, fill oil/wax pots, and label shipping cartons.
  • •Assist press operator with start up/monitoring; coordinate with mechanics and other operators, including training as instructed.
  • •Perform incoming/in-process/final inspections and functional/performance testing; maintain safe, clean workstation and complete required records/logs.
