Strategy & Operations Lead

Lead high-priority initiatives from planning through execution in partnership with core teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. Work with leadership to solve business and product challenges, build new teams and capabilities as the company grows, and improve how the organization operates by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. Research new markets, products, and opportunities while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
