Sr. Controls Systems Engineer

Own the technical development of HVAC embedded controller and software products, defining system designs, interfaces, and architectures. Lead requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing across the product development lifecycle. Perform system-level design, interface definition, trade-off evaluation, and system/performance test planning and execution, while guiding design and technical project reviews and participating in failure investigations to drive resolution.
