Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and closely monitor operational workflows and market-specific requirements for static data maintenance processing for custody accounts.
  • •Monitor process productivity to achieve quality targets; analyze and resolve or escalate issues as needed and apply preventive controls.
  • •Develop a broad understanding of the custody business and stay current on rules and regulations affecting daily operations.
  • •Prevent operational losses through effective internal controls and periodic effectiveness testing of checkpoints.
  • •Support BAU, projects, and ad-hoc requests with controls in place, and implement procedural changes and business continuity plans (BCP).

Key Requirements

  • •Good communication skills, including confidently conversing with senior stakeholders across city/country offices.
  • •Very good written and verbal English skills.
  • •Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret numeric data, study trends, and make projections.
  • •Experience in custody accounts static data processing is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to initiate process improvements with production management skills and leadership rapport-building.
