Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in internationally recognised luxury hospitality, with deep understanding of hotel operations and commercial drivers.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent) with ability to turn financial data into strategic business insights.
  • •Proven track record partnering with senior leadership, owners, and key stakeholders to influence performance with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • •Inspirational, hands-on leader who develops high-performing teams and fosters accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience in the GCC hospitality market is highly desirable, including knowledge of regional business environment, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics.
