Regional Sales Director, Hardware (East Division)

Lead hardware field sales for the Farm & Hardware team across the East region as a remote director. Own top-line sales targets, build full-year growth plans with key retailers, and manage key account relationships. Partner cross-functionally to drive incremental growth through solutions selling, deliver competitive intelligence, and ensure effective CRM usage (Salesforce). Coach and develop the Sales Support team using performance metrics, budgets, forecasting, and performance enablement processes.
