Job Summary

Lead the industrialization of Dyson’s robot products from Shenzhen, coordinating a cross-functional Global Supply Chain team and a Joint Design Manufacturing partnership to deliver new product introductions and in-life sustaining activities. Manage portfolio risk, capacity, CAPEX and supplier selection, drive production ramp plans, and chair portfolio reviews. An individual contributor role with potential to grow into line management or broader product ownership within NPO.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead portfolio management for Robot products, ensuring delivery and industrialization across NPO projects.
•Oversee integrated GSC plans, coordinating Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, manufacturing test, procurement, and external partners.
•Manage supplier selection and outsourcing processes to meet BU capacity and production ramp times.
•Provide risk mitigation through change requests, cost control, and CAPEX budgeting for multiple projects.
•Chair NPO portfolio reviews and drive process improvements, governance, and risk-based decision making.

Key Requirements

•A Degree level qualification in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience.
•Experience managing multiple projects in a manufacturing/operations environment, preferably in a new product introduction setting.
•Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory knowledge (ISO13485, APQP, ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3).
•Ability to communicate with senior leaders across functions, negotiate, and influence.
•Experience managing CAPEX budgets and a strong commercial acumen in manufacturing (sales/purchasing).
