Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company’s strategic roadmap and goal-setting cycle, including half-yearly ambition-setting across functions and markets.
  • •Orchestrate monthly and quarterly performance review cycles across markets and functions to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Shape strategic plans and initiatives that determine where talabat invests next, working with the CEO Office, c-suite, and leadership.
  • •Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives using financial viability, operational feasibility, and KPI impact; build business cases, financial models, and decision-ready presentations.
  • •Lead CEO-sponsored, high-visibility cross-functional special projects end to end to drive change and execute strategic and operational shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years’ experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, strategy, or strategy/ops roles in fast-paced, venture-backed consumer tech, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Sharp analytical and financial-modeling skills, able to build business cases from scratch and defend numbers to senior leadership.
  • •Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • •Fluency with modern AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows) to complement your output.
