Management Operations Trainee- Center Growout, TX

Support day-to-day production and operational performance as a developmental leadership role. Use independent judgment and data analysis to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with cross-functional partners (HR, Maintenance, FSQA, Accounting), and help drive continuous improvement and compliance while building knowledge of equipment, processes, and systems.
