Own end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for Encord’s most strategic customers, guiding onboarding and driving adoption. Build data integrations and technical solutions, run product demos and workshops, and handle configuration questions in close collaboration with product, engineering, and commercial teams. Communicate project plans and progress to executive stakeholders while feeding customer insights back into the product roadmap and helping scale the Forward Deployed function.
