Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, onboard, and mentor a world-class team of Solutions Architects.
  • •Provide strategic oversight on Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and Pilots, mapping DX capabilities to Enterprise business outcomes.
  • •Standardize and scale implementation playbooks to improve team efficiency and win rates.
  • •Manage the distribution of SAs across enterprise and strategic customers, balancing workload and aligning expertise with customer needs.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap items based on technical friction identified during the sales cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a formal leadership or team lead capacity.
  • •Enterprise expertise navigating complex, multi-stakeholder cycles within Fortune 500 accounts.
  • •Operational mindset with experience building or refining technical sales processes (e.g., POC scoping documents, technical discovery templates).
  • •Deep understanding of the SDLC, DORA metrics, and the SPACE framework; ability to converse with VP of Engineering or CTO.
  • •Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Git workflows; ability to review technical solution designs of the team.
