Inbound Operations Specialist (AM)

Supervise day-to-day inbound operations to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness in the distribution centre. Plan and manage inbound workload to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time, while implementing and maintaining KPIs. Promote a culture of innovative thinking and financial discipline, report and drive continuous procedural improvements with AM/PM leadership, and support operational performance on the floor and through system/planning tasks.
