Key Responsibilities

•Support hiring managers and recruiters in understanding technical requirements and calibrating talent needs across English and Mandarin-speaking regions.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent under guidance from experienced team members.
•Identify and engage passive candidates using channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities.
•Refine sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall effectiveness of the hiring funnel.
•Assist with talent acquisition projects such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering market intelligence data, and supporting diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with interest in crafting compelling outreach.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks.
•High motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
•Able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period during 2026 Summer.
