Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all aspects of the UIT comparison and settlement process.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA rules, SEC regulations, Investment Company Act of 1940) and proper NAV calculations.
  • •Oversee reconciliation of broker-dealer cash activity for posting to the GL and maintain updated policies and procedures for WSPS.
  • •Review and fund margin account deficits, including hedge accounts and DTCC/NSCC collateral accounts; oversee broker-dealer working capital and related credit and bank accounts.
  • •Prepare and submit required regulatory filings and regulatory reporting, and partner with UIT trading, compliance, and accounting for issue resolution.

  • •Five or more years of operational and securities industry experience.
