QA Technician

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation protocols, and food safety standards. Work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, provide corrective actions, and support a site-wide culture of food safety. Perform sensory, physical, chemical, and/or instrumental evaluations for raw materials and finished goods, conduct environmental sampling, maintain lab data and GLP, and generate documentation such as Certificates of Analysis.
