  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
  • •Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while following retail and POS procedures.
  • •Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product movement) and process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including clienteling and data acquisition.
  • •Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain strong service standards, including a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods).
  • •Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom (climb, bend, kneel).
