Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Lead daily retail operations including cash handling, accurate POS management, and store readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have 4+ years of retail experience, with preference for prior Store Manager experience.
  • •Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
  • •Demonstrate a proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and results.
  • •Communicate effectively and have a valid driver’s license/acceptable driving record if driving is essential.
