  • •Act as the primary operational owner for the application portfolio, maintaining platform health, integrations oversight, and enhancement opportunities.
  • •Own day-to-day operational backlog for business applications by translating business requirements, defects, and operational needs into user stories and backlog items.
  • •Maintain backlog hygiene, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and delivery readiness; provide visibility into delivery status, sprint progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and support estimation, capacity planning, and sprint forecasting.
  • •Coordinate business and technical stakeholders regarding platform changes and releases, and facilitate issue escalation and resolution across teams.
