Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Flex & Installments growth initiative plans and outcomes aligned to regional growth vectors, balancing global and regional opportunities.
  • •Partner across Product, Solutions, GTM, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk, and other teams to define and deliver accelerated reach and roadmap initiatives.
  • •Establish telemetry, squad governance, and reporting standards to provide visibility into delivery progress, product health, and business outcomes.
  • •Execute continuous delivery using agile evolution practices, telemetry-driven flow metrics, and automated workflows with quality gates.
  • •Lead outcome-based product execution by defining and governing KPIs/OKRs, producing executive-level reporting (e.g., QBRs/SteerCos), and refining long-term vision.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree; or 5+ years with a PhD.
  • •Leverage an agentic toolchain to deliver the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification through requirements, planning, architecture, development, testing, and release management.
  • •Create and maintain product documentation/knowledge assets within Visa’s product knowledge ecosystem, including AI-enabled insights.
  • •Drive outcome-based execution using customer value, adoption, business impact, and delivery effectiveness metrics.
