•Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals and maturity level.
•Take ownership of each practice’s success, driving early case submission by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence during and immediately after training.
•Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
•Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.

•Proximity to travel hubs: Located near a major airport or transport hub.
•Leadership presence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
•In-person agility: Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs.
