Key Responsibilities

  • •Run global supply risk assessments and supply reviews within the S&OP process, ensuring risks, decisions, and trade-offs are governed and clearly surfaced.
  • •Identify supply shortages, capacity constraints, material risks, and factory commitment gaps; define mitigation plans and escalation paths with cross-functional partners.
  • •Develop and maintain the global supply chain forecast by integrating regional demand signals, capacity inputs, and forward supply requirements.
  • •Assess impacts of forecast changes on raw material investments, contracts, pre-buys, prebuilds, PO exposure, and factory capacity commitments; lead governance for raw material planning approvals.
  • •Serve as the global SME/process owner for o9 Supply & Inventory Planning capabilities, partnering with IT and planning teams to drive standardization, AI adoption, and system change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •At least 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, production planning, materials planning, S&OP, or related supply chain leadership roles.
  • •Advanced Excel and AI skills; SAP ERP and advanced planning systems experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, production, factory execution, raw material planning, capacity management, and purchase order processes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze supply, demand, inventory, capacity, and material data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
