Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as shift lead by directing the crew, prioritizing workload, and resolving routine issues while consulting the Team Leader for unique situations.
  • •Train team members, assign and review their work, and perform maintenance activities alongside the team.
  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and system modifications on authorized systems and resolve airline logbook discrepancies timely.
  • •Ensure procedures are followed and aircraft logbooks are properly utilized, completed, and signed off for all work performed.
  • •Document maintenance activities daily, submit required reports to the Supervisor of Maintenance, and provide ongoing customer support while following company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of line maintenance experience and comprehensive knowledge of avionics/electronics.
  • •Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificates or a Thales Repairman Certificate (with lead holders required to obtain A&P within one year).
  • •Strong avionics knowledge to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams, follow written procedures, and terminate electrical connectors using acceptable crimping and soldering methods.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, with the ability to clearly summarize and present information.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to obtain airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge and complete background screening.
