Key Responsibilities

•Own a defined geographic territory and build a daily route plan to maximize face-to-face time with litigation attorneys, paralegals, and firm leadership.
•Spend at least four days per week in the field, visiting firms, dropping by reception, scheduling lunches, and cultivating relationships.
•Sell Filevine's full deposition stack (court reporting, remote depositions, and AI-powered products like Depo CoPilot).
•Drive initial customer enablement, training, and product adoption; guide firms through their first depositions with internal trainings supporting ongoing adoption.
•Attend local/regional events (bar associations, CLEs, paralegal mixers, trial lawyer chapters) to be the visible Filevine presence in your market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in B2B and a field/territory model.
•Proven track record of building a book of business from in-person relationships, not inbound leads.

•High activity and initiative: build your own pipeline and manage your day-to-day without relying on marketing to supply names.
•Comfort walking into law firms, navigating gatekeepers, and earning a first conversation.
