Job Summary

Own hands-on delivery and advanced operational support for enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management (UEM) services. Lead implementations, migrations, and steady-state operations across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS using platforms like Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, ManageEngine, and VMware Workspace ONE. Provide expert support for MEM/MAM/MCM, compliance policies, conditional access, and act as L3 escalation for complex device and policy issues while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM/UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, ManageEngine, and VMware Workspace ONE.
•Manage large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
•Provide expert support for MEM, MAM, MCM, compliance policies, and conditional access.
•Support MDM migrations and onboarding activities under defined architectures, and act as L3 escalation for complex issues.
•Ensure SLA adherence and deliver 24x7 MDM operations, including continuous improvement and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.
•Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM/UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, ManageEngine, and VMware Workspace ONE.
•Ability to manage large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
•Expertise supporting MEM, MAM, MCM, compliance policies, and conditional access.
•Experience providing L3 escalation for complex device and policy-related issues and implementing security baselines and compliance policies.
