Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervises, trains, directs, develops and manages colleagues.
  • •Manages all day-to-day operations within the In Room Dining operation to ensure service standards exceed the experience of the guest.
  • •Coordinates with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of room service orders.
  • •Review payroll, manage schedules, maintain labor costs, and adapt operations based on guest needs and trends.
  • •Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and other regulatory Food and Beverage items to include Tips and Service Charges.

Key Requirements
