Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end product design from opportunity discovery and strategy through interaction, visual systems, and product delivery.
  • •Transform ambiguous business and user problems into clear product experiences using research, data, and experimentation.
  • •Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and regional market teams to shape product strategy and influence key decisions.
  • •Apply systems thinking to build scalable design solutions across multiple markets while balancing global consistency and market-specific needs.
  • •Leverage AI throughout the design process and contribute to evolving a global payment design system.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing consumer financial products such as payments, wallets, BNPL, lending, cards, or banking.
  • •Experience working on global products across multiple markets while balancing market-specific user needs.
  • •Experience leading design initiatives, mentoring designers, or driving design quality across teams.
  • •Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, growth metrics, and data analysis.
  • •Proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
