Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall strategic leadership and economic steering of the Immigration Deutschland business, ensuring sustainable development.
  • •Develop and implement market strategy for Germany in close collaboration with the Sector Managing Director for Serco Europe, supporting profitable growth and margin improvement.
  • •Ensure reliable fulfillment of contractual commitments and high-quality service delivery that creates sustainable value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
  • •Lead the Sector Country team and downstream leadership (including Operations and Site Managers), with talent development, succession planning, and proper staffing across contracts and operating units.
  • •Provide full P&L responsibility and drive strategic and operational initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive knowledge of core company functions and their strategic connections, especially finance, business development, HR, communication, and operational management.
  • •Strong understanding of German public-sector procurement and sales processes and relevant decision and tender structures.
  • •Deep knowledge of how governance processes evaluate, steer, and transition opportunities into profitable, sustainably run operations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the German, European, and international immigration market and of market/customer/stakeholder structures.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering transformational leadership and leading change in complex, demanding environments.
