Key Responsibilities

  • •Exceed measurable sales objectives and expand Arista’s brand across existing and net-new commercial accounts in the assigned territory.
  • •Use consultative selling to address customer business needs across Arista’s portfolio, including switching platforms, data centers, campus networks, Cognitive Campus Wi-Fi, DANZ monitoring, NDR, and endpoint security.
  • •Meet with influencers, decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders to present Arista’s value proposition.
  • •Collaborate with Arista systems engineers to design and position solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • •Conduct demand generation and account planning activities, including happy hours, lunch-n-learns, technology forums, and periodic business reviews; maintain channel relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record selling into target accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • •BS/BA degree (or equivalent).
  • •Relevant data center or networking industry background (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user.
  • •Experience selling and demonstrating technical acumen across areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, switching, network automation, routing, data center, edge computing, network virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, or cloud computing.
  • •Strong relationships and a hunter mentality within the assigned territory; excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.
