Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of software releases for a large-scale program.
  • •Coordinate with development, QA, engineering, and operations teams on release plans and timelines.
  • •Identify dependencies, constraints, and risks and proactively mitigate potential issues.
  • •Regularly interact with program managers, business unit leaders, and technical teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • •Create and maintain documentation for standards and processes to guide release activities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8-10 years of experience in release management.
  • •Strong expertise in project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and other hybrid practices.
  • •Demonstrated success in navigating large-scale programs involving cross-functional and multinational teams.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
