Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pickup and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and keep the service vehicle clean and professional.

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
