Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of the plant leadership team. Supervise and coordinate production employees, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and train team members. Monitor workflow, adjust staffing as needed, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records and production reports while communicating effectively across the plant.
