Key Responsibilities

  • •Support front office operations including colleague reception, visitor coordination, phone coverage, and administrative support to nursing staff.
  • •Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy requirements.
  • •Administer the department self-service scheduling system, covering appointment scheduling, confirmations, documentation, wait-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and scheduling support.
  • •Coordinate multiple calendars and schedule meetings on behalf of medical staff with discretion and professionalism.
  • •Manage medical records and legal requests (including subpoenas) and handle incoming calls/emails, prioritizing urgent matters; also support invoices, payments, expenses, procurement, and meeting/event logistics.
