Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple smaller-scale equipment projects concurrently, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and related activities.

  • •Perform project administration such as equipment order entry, purchase order issuance, work order generation, document coordination, and maintaining project records.
  • •Communicate with customers and stakeholders (building owners, mechanical contractors, technicians, and internal teams) to provide updates, address questions, and support customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain forecasts and monitor budgets at completion while supporting cash-flow activities like progress billing coordination and collections support.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or 5+ years with equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on practical experience and relevant skills.
  • •Fluent in French and English.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment (preferred).
