Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead a sales-focused retail team at Crocs, delivering exceptional consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Support store operations across departments, manage POS and stockroom activities, and help drive personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and customer engagement. You’ll also handle key holder responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and enforcing asset protection and compliance procedures.
