Project Manager III

Manage very complex infrastructure projects through the full lifecycle, including coordination across national clients and complex scopes such as litigation, environmental protection, and due diligence. Lead project phases from start to closeout with consenting and regulatory authority for approvals, partnering with owners during pre-construction, RFQ preparation, and proposal reviews. Oversee other project managers and support Progressive Design-Build team evaluation and selection while keeping budget and schedule on track.
