Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage one or more very complex projects from beginning to closeout.
  • •Manage consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
  • •Work closely with the Owner during pre-construction and prepare RFQ documents.
  • •Participate in proposal reviews, interviews, and conceptual proposal reviews.
  • •Assist with reviewing/scoring Progressive DB teams and support selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity while staying within budget and schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).

  • •Ability to manage other project managers.
