R&D Product Development Leader – Deckorators

Lead product development efforts for new and improved Deckorators outdoor living products, driving projects from concept through implementation. Research and develop new technologies, evaluate technical hypotheses, and build product proposals based on market needs, feasibility, and business economics. Prototype and run lab, pilot, production, and field tests, troubleshoot performance gaps, and communicate results across R&D, operations, quality, and commercial teams while supporting intellectual property and stage-gate timelines.
