Job Summary

Serve as a high-visibility financial partner for the Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Business Office, supporting capacitization investments valued over $10B. Maintain EVMS requirements, develop and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC), and forecast financials using earned value management. Analyze weekly/monthly EV metrics to provide leading-indicator guidance and collaborate with Cost Account Managers, IPT leads, and CGO/Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments and support related financial forecasting.
•Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).
•Analyze EV metrics (weekly/monthly costs) and provide leading indicator guidance to CGO leadership and business management.
•Communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, CGO and Finance leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Experience interfacing and conducting business with functional disciplines such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.
•Maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments, including developing, presenting, and defending quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).
•Experience with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Work and/or PowerPoint).
•Ability to communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, and CGO/Finance leadership.
