Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team to deliver expert product knowledge and application of usage scenarios, ensuring accurate and engaging brand storytelling and customer experience.
  • •Plan and execute product displays and seasonal merchandising according to standards and new product launches, including fashion recommendations.
  • •Provide in-store training using feedback-based coaching, improving team skills and customer satisfaction.
  • •Assist customers with professional product recommendations across different sports needs and proactively plan product trainings for new launches.
  • •Handle store operations including goods receipt/returns/inventory loss prevention and cashier duties, opening/closing and daily reconciliations, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/training role
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with basic English reception capabilities
  • •Proactive and customer-centric with ability to train others and improve customer experience
  • •Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends/public holidays, in a fast-paced environment
  • •Visual merchandising and product training experience is a plus
