Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete assigned maintenance tasks with no supervision and support facilities trade work across the property.
  • •Maintain areas and assets per facilities maintenance procedures, including electrical/mechanical/kitchen/painting/carpentry and plumbing-related systems.
  • •Perform conditional based maintenance and follow preventive maintenance schedules and manufacturer/property guidelines.
  • •Follow all health and safety guidelines, use PPE, and provide shift coverage as assigned.
  • •Assist during building emergencies, escalate issues to senior personnel, and teach/train others as required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in a specific facilities maintenance trade and completion of trade school or upper education.
  • •Hands-on knowledge installing PPR/PVC pipeline and sanitary water systems (wash basins, WC, showers, taps, drains).
  • •Experience laying PPR pipes using PPR welding machines and related fittings/dyes.
  • •Knowledge of building water distribution and filtration systems (cold/hot water) and associated pump sets, including pump/motor/valve/piping maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of pool operation and chemical dosing systems (chlorine/pH), plus welding skills (stick, MIG, TIG, oxy/acetylene).
