Build strong relationships with consumers and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, recommend deposit and loan solutions, and open accounts. Educate customers on digital and self-service products while maintaining an optimal client experience. Partner with branch teams to support operational excellence and accuracy, including submitting credit applications.
