Key Responsibilities

  • •Stage, move, and inventory mechanical materials and equipment while keeping laydown yards and mechanical rooms orderly.
  • •Assist skilled trades with hanging strut/supports, lagging, insulation, bolt-up, and simple mechanical assembly under direction.
  • •Support equipment setups for pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, including cribbing, alignment assist, and housekeeping.
  • •Open/close work areas by providing protection, debris removal, scrap segregation, and end-of-shift reset.
  • •Follow LOTO/PPE/permit rules, fetch and move tools/materials between warehouse and field, and report damaged material, unsafe conditions, or drawing conflicts.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical-helper experience (or equivalent military experience).
  • •Willingness to work at heights and outdoors on a changing construction site.
  • •Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment.
  • •Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow site procedures, including LOTO/PPE/permits.
  • •Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical construction windows.
