Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead the delivery of hospitality projects aligned to Qiddiya’s strategic objectives and standards.
  • •Develop and implement delivery strategies, schedules, and budgets aligned with operator timelines and pre-opening requirements.
  • •Oversee coordination across design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operator teams to resolve issues and keep execution on track.
  • •Manage contracting and procurement strategy for core & shell, fit-out, FF&E, OS&E, including tendering, contractor selection, and awards.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; manage risks, delays, contractor claims, and lead close-out, commissioning, approvals, and handover to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multiple projects or large-scale developments.
  • •Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • •Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project management standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • •Proficiency with project management software/tools and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
