Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and implement improvement steps.
  • •Engage assigned team through coaching, development, and performance management, providing clear expectations and feedback.
  • •Implement and directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations and ensure site preparedness.
  • •Directly lead Safe & Secure Technology processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure equipment/process health.
  • •Monitor and ensure adherence to security systems, policies, and performance standards; record incidents, perform after-action reviews, and make root-cause recommendations.
